Character Generation:
     To put all players on an even footing, the campaign uses the Nonstandard Point Buy method of ability score generation, found in Chapter 6 of the v.3.5 Core Rulebook II. The setting is considered a "High-powered Campaign"; hence, each character uses 32 points distributed among all six statistics (Str., Int., Wis., Dex., Con., Chr.), as outlined below.

Hit points:
At first level, take max full hit points based on Class.  Thereafter, at each new level, take 1/2 max h.p. then add 1, then add in Constitution bonus.
